1. Professional Estimates & Scope of Work
Power Moves Electric provides specialized residential electrical services.
- Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via phone, email, or https://www.powermoveselectric.biz/ is a non-binding estimate based on client description.
- On-Site Diagnosis: Final pricing is determined after an on-site evaluation. Troubleshooting and diagnostic services are subject to a standard service fee, as identifying hidden wiring issues or circuit faults requires specialized labor and equipment.
- Panel & Code Compliance: All panel replacements and wiring projects are performed to meet the current National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida Building Code. Any existing non-compliant wiring discovered during a project must be corrected at an additional cost to ensure safety and pass municipal inspections.

3. Licensing & Professional Standards
Power Moves Electric is a fully licensed (EC13010444) and insured electrical contractor in the State of Florida. We utilize first-rate supplies and up-to-date methods to ensure every installation—from EV outlets to landscape lighting—is safe and effective.
4. Punctuality & Regional Delays
While we strive to always show up on time, Power Moves Electric is not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy coastal traffic or bridge closures (e.g., Longboat Key, Siesta Key).
- Severe Florida weather, including lightning storms or tropical events that make electrical work unsafe.
- Supply chain delays for specific electrical panels or high-end lighting fixtures.
5. Advice & Information Disclaimer
Information on our website regarding surge protection or EV charging is for general education. Electricity is inherently dangerous; digital content is not a substitute for a professional on-site evaluation. We are not liable for DIY electrical attempts made by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for damage to sensitive electronics that were not protected by a whole-home surge protection system installed by our team.
